  I ordered some items recently from Curvy-Plus Boutique, and while the clothes were beautiful, they didn't fit as expected. I was under the impression that their policy, which stated "30 day return policy", allowed for returns and refunds. However, that isn't their policy. You can only EXCHANGE, NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN. That wasn't on their Facebook page anywhere, just the 30 day return policy. When I left a comment about it, saying it was misleading, they began to attack me publicly on social media. I realize they do have their policy about no refunds listed on their website under FAQ, but I am giving them one star because of their rude attitude towards me and their unwillingness to work with me in any way. They ended up deleting all the comments and blocking me. Now, I can't even communicate with them. All I want is my money back. Most places that you order from online allow you to return items you're unhappy with for a full refund. please just be aware that if you order something, you can't return it and get your money back. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
