  The customer service department manager Arlita was very rude. From the get go she was very accusatory. She was arguing with employees in front of us. She was constantly on the phone bad mouthing the employees around her. She got into an argument with a person for simply asking why she had to take lunch at 1 when she had just gotten back from break. Arlita seemed more concerned with arguing with customers and employees alike so she could be right instead of helping people. She was very unprofessional, very rude, and lacking any kind of etiquette. She should be sent back to customer service training and be shown how to help people and needs real work on her employee relations.

  11 people in line ,1 cashier. 1 girl kept bringing in shopping carts while all the while the lines keep backing up. I announced a code 3 after which another employee says he will get some help. I call the store while in line and ask to speak to the manager on duty. Lady says we have 3 which one. SERIOUSLY! I’m on oxygen my supply is low my husband is hungry and this is the excuse. We are short handed! Lol !!
